US deploy more Army to handle Chinese challenge

The Donald Trump administration has decided to deploy additional troops in Asia, describing China as a new threat to the world. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said that their main base in Europe will be Germany and troops will be deployed in Asia. China's official spokesman, however, described the US move as "undesirable" and said India should understand that the US would never be their friend.

In a speech at the Brussels Forum 2020, a virtual conference of the German Marshall Fund, the US Secretary of State explained the Trump administration's new regional military approach. He claims, “The new danger in the world is now rising in Asia.India, Malaysia, Vietnam, South China Sea, Indonesia and the Philippines are now at risk of a country's military aggression. Yes, I'm talking about Communist China. " The US Secretary of State also blamed China for spreading Covid-19 around the world. Pompeo said the United States was considering redesigning its military infrastructure to meet the challenge of China's PLA (People's Liberation Army). The main US military base in Europe is in Germany.

Troops also travel from there to West Asia. Pompeo said the number of troops in Germany was being reduced from 52,000 to 25,000. Additional forces will be deployed in all parts of Asia with limited infrastructure.

Many are opposed to Trump's decision, arguing that Russia would benefit from withdrawing troops from Germany. Pompeo said the US government currently sees China's PLA as a major threat. Pompeo said: "Russia, or any of the powers that oppose the United States, is not going to put an end to that. The issue has to be considered in terms of reality. ”
