Britney Spears sold California Oaks Mansion for $7 Million
She’s so “Lucky”… she just unloaded her Thousand Oaks, California, home for $7 million.
Although she originally listed the property for $8.995 million, Britney Spears still made a pretty penny on the estate she bought for $6.744 million in 2012, according to Trulia. The singer put the mansion on the market after purchasing a second five-bedroom, eight-bathroom house in October 2015. Her real estate agent, Rami Eminoufi of BCB Premiere Estates, shared a tweet about the listing when it first became available in June 2016, below.
At 8,456 square feet, there was plenty of room for Spears, 35, and her two sons, Sean, 11, and Jayden, 10, to spread out. InStyle shared photos of her former pad, which boasts a massive outdoor space, a huge walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen and more. With five beds and seven baths distributed across one floor, the entire property covers about 61,647 square feet, or about an acre and a half, of land.
The Mediterranean-style spot also sports an in-home theater, game room, two offices and a spa-like pool that makes it easy to see how it warrants its steep price tag. Still not convinced? Check out the unbeatable views of the Santa Monica mountains.
Between her real estate moves, enviable vacations (she recently stayed at this $30 million Airbnb with boyfriend Sam Asghari), Spears has been living the good life of late.
And even though she’s leaving this home behind, there’s plenty to love in the singer’s new digs. After all, every hallway is a runway.
